Every instructor has something valuable and unique to offer. In each class, breathing, awareness of our bodies and attention to proper alignment is taught and practiced while every possible muscle is stretched, worked, and strengthened. I am so thankful for this peaceful, happy studio where each person is encouraged to learn and practice yoga at our own pace, respecting our bodies, and progressing according to our abilities and personalities. I noticed a change in my health and strength immediately, and look forward to each class. - Karla
