Poor food choices are one of the leading causes of chronic disease today. Yet, finding healthier food options is often frustratingly confusing and difficult in our community. How can you make positive health changes with all the diet fads, "quick" fixes, conflicting opinions, and the overwhelming sense something isn't quite right with the majority our food at the grocery store?

Our finale to the River Flow Yoga and Wellness summer series! Join the RFY Tribe one last time for yoga at Woodruff Park! We are celebrating with Uptown Columbus Chattahoochee RiverWarden@rideonsmoothieandjuicebar and this month: Bare Roots Farmacy! See below for ALL the details.

With the Fall Equinox, and shorter days, we have moved class up to 6pm-7pm (so we're not practicing in the dark!). Please remember to bring your own mat, water for hydration, and wear comfortable workout clothes! Also, yes being outside means there will be bugs. Feel free to wear your favorite, natural bug repellent! We suggest a little citronella essential oil.

Worried about the heat and humidity? @rideonsmoothieandjuicebar will be providing spa water!

But what about dinner?! Bare Roots Farmacy has graciously put together picnic dinners for us yogis! More details to follow on how you can preorder your meal, and enjoy dinner on the mat after class!

Proceeds will benefit the Chattahoochee RiverWarden, who's work keeps our beautiful river clean and accessible for all! 

Plus, all registered participants are entered to win one of the following:
1. A Manduka yoga mat and towel. 
2. One 30 minute consultation with Dana Grant, certified Wellness Coach, to discuss and finally meet a personal goal via a 4-week customized plan.
3. One 30 minute consulation with Roben Clark, Nutritional Therapist, to cover your dietary habits, nutrient deficiencies, and overall lifestyle to begin making a change for the better.
