Lots of twists, hip opening, and a bit of core work, too! And remember, it's not just a yoga class, it's an experience- so light some incense or diffuse some essential oils, dim the lights, let go and surrender into your practice.

This flow was designed to bring detoxification to the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies. Leaving you feeling refreshed, nourished, and rejuvenated. All levels vinyasa flow.

Take some time for self-care and unwind the physical manifestations of anxiety with an intelligent accessible, compassionate approach to yoga. Slow down with simple shapes to sooth the nervous system. All levels vinyasa.

10 Minutes to Deep Relaxation
This is a beautiful practice to do when you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed. It can be done anytime throughout the day, but is especially juicy at night before bed because it encourages peace in the mind and body, preparing you for deep sleep. Finda place where you can lie down comfortably. Feel free to use any props to aid in comfort. Sink, surrender, and melt into a deep state of relaxation.
10 Minutes to Clarity
You will be guided through a visualization that encourages awareness, presence, and peace. By practicing this technique, we can begin to incorporate its qualities into our daily lives, which will enable us to become more aware, clear, tuned in, and present.
