Grounding

Focusing on the hips, hamstrings, hip flexors, and quads, you will explore techniques and poses that connect us to the Earth and keep us grounded in the present moment. This class is equal parts strength and stretch, and expect loads of feel-good floor work with the goal to establish core stability, strength, and confidence on and off the mat.

This is HEAVEN for the low back, and it will help you gain a deep understanding of the physicality of the lower body, as well as the energy and emotions that are stored there.

Basic knowledge of the poses is suggested, but not required.
