Mindfulness is the basic human ability to calm our mind and become more aware of what we’re truly feeling and doing in the present moment. Anyone can achieve this mindful state naturally or through simple meditations, and the benefits of doing so include: reduce stress, improve concentration, increase happiness and kindness, slow aging, gain creative insights, and show more compassion for others and our selves.
