Grounding Flow : Let's Celebrate Earth Day!

To celebrate EARTH DAY we will be flowing through a grounding sequence integrating the 5 elements: Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space using primal and natural movement by applying physics and the laws of nature. All levels are welcome!

You will :

  • Build physical and mental strength, healthy body and breath awareness, and decrease stress with this organic movement that can truly transform your mind and body!
  • Discuss the evolution of our spine, pelvic anatomy, ground reaction force, and how to build your postures safely from the ground up while playing with animalistic type movements.
  • Returning to your roots, your true nature, will help you balance stability with mobility, lightness, confidence, and strength with freedom that can transfer into your daily life off the mat.
