Funny enough, I was introduced to yoga through P90X in 2014! It was side plank that kicked me in the butt and turned me towards the idea of getting stronger in these poses. That lead me to explore arm balances and a regular yoga practice. When a mile stone came up in my life, I turned to meditation and from there have found my groove
and love for yoga. I've been dancing since I was four years old and movement is a large part of my practice. I completed my 200hr teacher training at White Lotus Foundation the summer of 2018, where I studied under Ganga White, Tracy Rich, and the dynamic duo Kent Bond and Sven Holcomb.
In my classes you can expect fluid movement and self exploration. I encourage everyone to love themselves right where they are in their practice and spread that love to those around you.
