This class is equal parts strength and stretch, plus expect loads of feel-good floor work with the goal to establish core stability, strength, and confidence on and off the mat. This is where we build our Foundation, literally from the ground up!

This is HEAVEN for the low back, and it will help you gain a deep understanding of the physicality of the lower body, as well as the energy and emotions that are stored there. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, our goal is to help everyone build confidence and fine-tune their practice.

This class is great for beginners, but serves all levels.
