River Flow Yoga and Wellness offers private yoga and meditation sessions for individuals and small groups in our tranquil studio. If you're brand new to yoga or meditation, experiencing discomfort, pain, or injury, want to learn modifications and prop use, enhance your group class experience, and/or just craving a little one-on-one attention, our qualified teachers are available to craft hour-long sessions specific to your current needs. 

You will be amazed at how quickly your personal practice can improve with just one private session, so whether you come alone or bring a friend, this is your opportunity to explore the depths of yoga at your own pace!

We offer 5 types of private Yoga Sessions:

Sacred Healing- $300 (2 hours)

This is a two hour session with Alee Link that is designed specifically for YOU to help you to reconnect to who you are and remember why you’re here. Whether you’re growing through a transformation, feeling stuck, grieving, need clarity, or simply would like to refresh your spiritual understanding of your innermost workings, Alee will guide a unique experience catered to you and your needs based on Astrology, Human Design, and her downloads from the divine. 

The session begins with meditation and prayer, followed by an energetic reading where she weaves astrology, human design, and ayurveda into this beautiful cocktail of self discovery. After a one hour reading, she will guide you through an in-depth practice to FEEL what the reading revealed in your physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. She believes that we can read about and listen to things all day, but the way to truly UNDERSTAND is by experiencing it all for yourself. After the reading and yoga, we will close with a sound bath, which allows the energetic frequency of the session to vibrate into your mind, body, and spirit. 

Thus, these sessions are experiential and unique to each individual who is ready to begin their journey to a life of alignment. 

The icing on the cake is after the session, Alee will send a followup email with resources, offerings, and spiritual homework all unique to your specific session.

She encourages specific spiritual homework for 30 days after the session and if you decide you want one more session, she offers a follow up session which is 90 minutes.

Personal Training- $100 (1 hour)

Personal training sessions are led by certified fitness and nutrition coach, Roben Clark. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lean out or lose weight, each training session is structured on a foundation of functional fitness that will help you make fitness a sustainable and core part of your life. After your initial assessment, Roben will guide you into determining which exercises are best beneficial for your goals and teach you the lifestyle habits to support them so that you get the best results. Nourish your body in a way that promotes sustainable health and vitality with every session.

It is recommended that you schedule at least one session per week for the best outcome.

Breath Work- $125 (90 minute single session)

Our breathwork sessions are led by RYT500, Charlotte Gadihle. Conscious connected or rebirthing breathwork is a powerful tool to regain a new sense of liveliness, increase energy flow and relaxation, reduce chronic and mental tension by releasing trauma, limiting beliefs, negative behaviors and thought patterns that have likely been stored in us since birth. Connecting deeper with our breath can bring about a renewed sense of joy for life as we allow ourselves to let go of control and literally keep breathing through strong sensations, feelings, and emotions. When we release what no longer serves us, we then have space for productive presence, focus, and creativity in our daily lives. While you can schedule individual session, a recommendation of three sessions is most beneficial. As you'll get more comfortable with the technique, you'll also continue to improve your breathing and thinking patterns creating a sense of freedom and self-management.

The first session will be a breath consultation to briefly discuss your intentions for breathwork, discover your breathing pattern, and a 1 hour conscious connected session with music to begin opening your breathing mechanism. We will discuss your experience and observations afterwards and any questions you have.

The second session we will go over your birth imprint(s) to recognize your strengths while also replacing any fear based thoughts and beliefs with positive affirmations during the 1 hour breath session. Similar to knowing your zodiac sign, knowing how you were born can provide valuable information about why we behave and think a certain way and how we relate to others based on being in survival mode. We can understand ourselves and others a little bit better and begin to change our thoughts and behaviors to change our world if need be. We will discuss your experience and observations afterwards. You will get to take home your birth imprint information and affirmations.

The third session will be putting it all together now that you are comfortable with the technique itself, therefore, more relaxed and likely to go deeper in the session. We will review your birth imprint, feelings after the last session, and revisit the affirmations that are the most challenging for you to accept. We will discuss your experience afterwards and decide if you need more sessions to fulfill your intentions.

Prenatal- $100 (1 hour)

Our prenatal private sessions are specifically designed to support you throughout your pregnancy whether it's to take a moment for yourself, to learn how to use and incorporate props into your practice, or to learn modifications to take if you're in a group class. 

Pregnancy is a sacred time in a woman's life, and it's important to prioritize nurtuting yourself so you can nurture the life growing inside of you with ease, awareness, and intention. When we treat our bodies with attention, love and care they return the same to us through feeling strong, calm and capable.  

Custom- $100 (1 hour)

Custom privates allow those with specific injuries, difficult schedules, or requiring ongoing 1-on-1 lessons to support your individual needs (i.e. pregnancy, intense training, etc.). Take your practice deeper with focused attention, build strength and flexibility specific to your body and its “limitations”, or just enjoy flowing in a more intimate setting by yourself or with a friend!

Whether you come alone or bring a friend, this is your opportunity to explore yoga at your own pace. 

Meditation- $50 (30 minutes)

Our 30 minute meditation sessions are perfect for anyone new to meditation, or anyone who would like to deepen thier meditation practice.
