Everyone comes to the mat for different reasons and with different expectations, so it's important for our staff to understand your past yoga experience (don't worry if it's zero), as well as any short- and long-term health goals you're hoping to achieve. This will help us guide you to the pricing option that best fits your needs and lifestyle.
Since many of the direct and indirect health benefits can be received when attending more than one class per week, we want to reward those who make a strong commitment to their practice at our studio, so we've structured our pricing to incentivize those to make multiple visits per week.
Although our studio focuses on helping our Columbus community develop consistent, long-term yoga practices, we LOVE out-of-town guests!

I would tell anyone hesitating to try yoga that you are not too old or too big and you may not be able to do everything someone else is doing but that is ok — it's your practice and you do what you can. Practicing at River Flow is also more than physical improvement, it helps with stress and being able to get out of your own thoughts for an hour and be in the moment during your practice. I'm a newbie. A Nurse Practitioner suggested I try this studio to help with muscle and joint pain. I'm so glad I did. I took the Happy Hippy Flow Class with Toni, who was really nice and welcoming. She moved through the poses at a medium pace and i was able to keep up with the occasional sip of water. Not bad for my first time! I left feeling refreshed and relaxed.
