Group Yoga Classes
Starting June 4th, 2018
Our weekly yoga class schedule is rooted in deep service to address the needs of your body, mind, and spirit, and we design each class to help you take your practice to a deeper, more expansive level. Whether you're just stepping on the mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, we hope you discover the marvelous energy that lies within, so you can reveal more of your truth, enjoy more moments with loved ones, and live in balanced wellness.
This class is rooted in the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga, which is an ancient practice made popular in the early 1900s by the grandfather of Vinyasa Yoga (flow), Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. You will open class with Sun Salutations, followed by the traditional standing sequence. Next we will move into select postures from the primary and intermediate sequences. Finally, we will close with the original closing sequence with options to modify.
We call this class“remix” because we do love the sacred roots of the practice, but have also brought a modern flair into the mix!
This class is infrared heated to 85°. Basic knowledge of the poses is suggested, but not required.
Ready to dive deeper into the ancient wisdom of this sacred practice? This class is for you! Expand your body, mind, heart, and soul with meditative and powerfully meaningful flows. You’ll open space in each posture to breath into the depths of your body, practicing a number of techniques to help you Surrender to the Flow.
You will also integrate mudras (symbolic hand gestures), mantra (words repeated to take you into a deeper meditative state), kundalini kriyas (to awaken energy and raise vibrations), and chanting (to cultivate energy together as a community) in each class to fill you up with sacred juice and ancient wisdom.
This class is infrared heated to 85°. Appropriate for all levels.
A strong foundation is crucial to establishing and maintaining an intelligent, lifelong practice. Your teacher will cover the basics of breath work, alignment, and mind-body connections, so you maintain and improve concentration as you slowly transition from posture to posture.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, our goal is to help everyone build confidence and fine-tune their practice.
This class is great for beginners, but serves all levels.
Focusing on the hips, hamstrings, hip flexors, and quads, you will explore techniques and poses that connect us to the Earth and keep us grounded in the present moment. This class is equal parts strength and stretch, and expect loads of feel-good floor work with the goal to establish core stability, strength, and confidence on and off the mat.
This is HEAVEN for the low back, and it will help you gain a deep understanding of the physicality of the lower body, as well as the energy and emotions that are stored there.
Basic knowledge of the poses is suggested, but not required.
This class oozes pure yumminess, so expect to completely melt into your mat and enjoy longer holds, deeper stretching, and total relaxation. Along with deep, restorative postures, you will practice meditation and pranayama (breath) techniques to cultivate divine clarity in the mind, peace in the body, and love in the heart.
This class is amazing for low back care, rehabilitating for the injured, nurturing for pregnant mamas, relieving for those living with anxiety/depression, and relaxing for anyone needing a break from the stress.
Appropriate for all levels.
Perhaps our most popular class and for good reason: it is SO MUCH FUN! Expect a dynamic, fluid flow filled with many opportunities to challenge your body and mind. In this heated class, we let loose and raise our vibrations via energetic sequences, dance-y transitions, and vibrant music to rev up our yoga party! The teacher will certainly offer modifications as well as advanced options in the poses. This is a great class for exploring arm balances and inversions (or working on strengthening toward these poses). Get ready to sweat, release, flow, and ROAR!
This class is infrared heated to 85°. Basic knowledge of the poses is suggested due to the speed of sequencing.
