River Flow Yoga and Wellness offers personal yoga and meditation sessions for individuals and small groups in our tranquil studio. You will be amazed at how quickly your practice will improve with personal attention. Whether you come alone or bring friends, this is your opportunity to explore the depths of yoga at your own pace!

Personal Sessions- $100 (1 hour)

Custom a session to your liking with one or ongoing 1-on-1 lessons to support your individual needs. Evolve your practice with focused attention. Build strength and flexibility specific to your body and its potential. Whether you come alone or bring a friend, this is your opportunity to explore your yoga practice at your own pace. 

Prenatal- $100 (1 hour)

Our prenatal private sessions are specifically designed to support you throughout your pregnancy whether it's to take a moment for yourself, to learn how to use and incorporate props into your practice, or to learn modifications to take if you're in a group class. 

Pregnancy is a sacred time in a woman's life, and it's important to prioritize nurtuting yourself so you can nurture the life growing inside of you with ease, awareness, and intention. When we treat our bodies with attention, love and care they return the same to us through feeling strong, calm and capable.  

Breath Work- $50 (Basic Breathwork)

Led by RYT500, Charlotte Gadihle, our breathwork sessions will help you regain a new sense of liveliness, increase energy flow and relaxation, reduce chronic and mental tension, release trauma and limiting beliefs, and more! When we release what no longer serves us, we then have space for productive presence, focus, and creativity in our daily lives. Breath awareness and intentional connection will help you cultivate a renewed joy for life.

Our Basic Breathwork Sessions guide you through 3-4 techniques with the option to add an assessment of your current breathing patterns and habits.

The Conscious Connected Breathwork Sessions are extended, circular rhythmic breath sessions that help open space to release physical tension, mental blocks, and stuck emotions/trauma.

Vitality Traditional Chinese Medicine Session- $150 (75 minutes)

When's the last time you felt really good? Fluid and balanced? Rested and clear headed? 

The Vitality TCM Private is a 75 minute session with Toni Lum, RYT500, where she uses the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in the yoga setting. These privates are crafted to your specific needs whether that is:

  • Relief from physical pain, chronic illness or recovering from surgery

  • Shedding light into insomnia, anxiety or depression

  • Supporting the women's system and guidance into your female cycle, fertility issues, menopause, PCOS or endometriosis

Using TCM principals, she will offer specific acupressure points to your exact needs, yoga asana & practices, nutritional suggestions, as well as an offering on how to welcome a change of pattern into your daily life. 

Beforehand, expect an indepth questionnaire to dig into your "Main Intent". Your answers will then be used to begin the private with your TCM evaluation, followed by a physical practice based on your body's needs. The acupressure points can give almost immediate feedback to your system and open the Qi meridians. After, expect a follow-up on the suggested "homework" to bring change and harmony into your day.

TCM is all about finding the root of your dis-ease before it becomes the BIG disease. Although we all have crazy, busy lives, and our bodies continuously work to find balance of the Yin & Yang of our day, it is amazing how this ancient knowledge can apply to the modern lifestyle.

Reiki- $100 (1 hour)

Reiki is a Japanese technique used to transmit Universal Life Energy from the practitioner to the client. Services are received while lying down or in a seated position fully clothed with the practitioner’s hands placed on or above the client. The intention is to create deep relaxation, to help speed healing, and reduce pain. It also works to release the emotional stressors, traumas and repressed feelings that cause disruption in energy flow. It helps to strengthen and rebalance the body’s energy, allowing the body’s natural self-healing powers to work.

Recent studies and anecdotal evidence demonstrate that Reiki is effective for addressing the following issues or conditions:

  • Minimizes discomfort from acute or chronic pain conditions

Meditation- $50 (30 minutes)

Our 30 minute meditation sessions are perfect for anyone new to meditation, or anyone who would like to deepen thier meditation practice.
