I began my yoga journey in college while studying to be a performer. A friend invited me to join in a 3-week yoga challenge, it was such a life-altering experience that I jumped right into the yoga journey from that point on. As a performance major, I was always expected to fit in a certain space and produce a specific product, but yoga gave me the space to explore and expand. It became a haven that I have cherished ever since.

Before yoga, I had never found a space where I could fully let go of all external expectations and pressures. As a teacher, it is a pleasure to be a small part of other people’s journeys of self-development and exploration. I received my 200-hour YTT from Core Power Yoga while living in New York City. Over the years, I’ve taught in New York, Colorado, and now Columbus!

In my classes, you can expect a grounding flow rooted in alignment and rhythm. I strive to build my classes by integrating muscle intention and breath. And I love a good playlist. I believe the yoga practice and yoga community bring a unique beauty to those who commit to it, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the beauty will continue to flourish in and around River Flow!
