Yoga flow involving twists and forward bends to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit of the old to make room for the new. A detoxifying sequence combined with specific essential oils to create a physical spring cleaning and rejuvenation from the inside out.
The teacher will assist in applying oils on the body in specific yoga poses while explaining the benefits.
After the yoga practice, follow up and discuss how essential oils application in your daily life!
