Breath awareness and breathwork are magical tools anyone can use to help slow down thoughts, release physical tension, and support oneself during challenges in life, ultimately returning to a calmer, more balanced, and blissful inner state.
Dress comfortably. Gentle movement and restorative postures will be incorporated into the practice.
