    Meditation

    Our guided meditation sessions will help you cultivate mindfulness with breath awareness, body scan techniques, mantra, and/or guided visualizations that cultivate a sense of calm while enhancing your attention and focus.

    Prenatal Yoga

    Draw in your breath with conscious attention utilizing several guided and rhythmic techniques that will help release physical tension, strengthen lung function, and clear out internal stagnation.

    We’ll assess your breathing patterns to deepen your understanding and gain clarity on its influence on your health and wellbeing. With practice, you’ll learn how and when to modify your breath, so it supports your vitality in your daily life.

    Vitality TCM

    $150

    These sessions apply the lens and philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to your yoga practice, so you may identify and choose patterns that contribute to a harmonious life.

    After completing a questionnaire, we’ll evaluate your main intent and nutritional needs. Then we’ll transition to a physical practice that targets specific acupressure points to open Qi meridians and generate positive responses within your body.

    Duration: 75 minutes
