Our studio
We remodeled the basement in the old City Mills Company building into a beautiful wellness center. Our main yoga studio accommodates up to 27 mats and is equipped with four infrared heaters to provide a soothing warmth during select classes. Our smaller studio is great for personalized instruction or small group gatherings.
Our peaceful massage room is conveniently located next to our infrared sauna, both offering relaxing and healing experiences before or after a class.
There are two bathrooms in the main hall, each with a shower, for our guests' convenience.
Please store your belongings in our cubby spaces located outside the main studio, but remember to keep electronic devices on silent to preserve our calm atmosphere. This area is also where you will find our yoga props for class. For private sessions, your instructor will gather and prepare the necessary props for you.
Please enter your class quietly, as many participants appreciate a few moments for meditation before their practice. Should you wish to catch up with a fellow yogi, please step into the hallway or lobby to respect our sacred space.
If you happen to use one of our mats, we kindly ask you roll it up and return it to the designated bin outside the main studio after class for cleaning.
If you have any questions or feel a bit anxious, our staff is available to assist you. Additionally, many fiendly yogis within our community are approachable and more than happy to offer insights from their own practice, as well as encouragement.
I WAS A BIT NERVOUS SINCE I WAS NEW TO YOGA, BUT EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND MADE ME FEEL WELCOME. THE INSTRUCTORS ARE GREAT AND ALWAYS OFFER POSES FOR NEW YOGIS. THE FACILITY IS SPA-LIKE AND VERY SOOTHING WITH CLEAN AREAS, PLEASANT MUSIC, AND NICE AROMAS. I FEEL PAMPERED WHEN I LEAVE!

Ashtanga Remix
We “remix” the traditional series and sequences into a 60 minute format that both honors the rigorous and structured origins while offering modifications where appropriate.
Each class opens with sun salutations and the standing sequence. Next, your teacher will select postures from the primary and intermediate sequences before transitioning to the closing sequence.

Vitalize and expand your body, mind, heart, and soul with this energetic flow combining powerful physical movements with Kundalini practices—breathing exercises, meditation, chants, and symbolic hand gestures—to cleanse the body, balance the chakras, and help raise energy up your spine and central nervous system.

The Flow
This is RFY’s signature sequence; a vigorous and repetitive flow that invites practitioners of all levels to develop and deepen their yoga practice.
Often described as a moving meditation, this dynamic vinyasa class is designed specifically to cultivate internal focus, improve strength and flexibility, and explore the essence of your being.

Restore
Calm your mind and experience full-body regeneration as you’re guided through a deeply meditative class with long, restorative stretches that invite you to completely melt onto your mat and props.
This class is feels amazing for anyone recovering from injuries, dealing with anxiety or depression, or needing some time for self-care.

Revive
The first half of this class will help you regain vitality through pranayama (breath work) and a vigorous vinyasa flow that builds strength, restores balance, and helps you explore your edges.
During the second half, we'll slow down the pace and enter extended, passive poses that will calm your heart rate, release any tension, and deepen the connection with your whole body.

Rooted
By improving core stability, you will feel more grounded and present in your daily life. We’ll focus attention on our hips, psoas, and legs to build and strengthen our unique foundation, calm the sympathetic nervous system, and stabilize the back.
Discover the importance of your lower body to your entire wellbeing and learn how the vital energy it holds can be released with confidence.

Sweat
Let’s increase the heat and raise our vibrations via an energetic sequence with fluid transitions and vibrant music. Our aim is to have fun with our practice and SWEAT. IT. OUT.
All levels are welcome, but this is where experienced practitioners have the space to explore arm balances, inversions, binds, and other advanced postures (modifications offered, of course).
