The space itself is absolutely beautiful, the energy is amazing, the community of fellow yogis are friendly and welcoming, and the staff is helpful, well-educated, and powerful each in their own way…The energy truly is powerful, and I have experienced wildly intense and cathartic healing in several classes. I've laughed, cried, and everyday again choose to show up as a more authentic version of myself, whatever that means for me that day…Every class, for me, is prayer and devotion to Spirit, my higher calling, and to the world. This space and the people within it enliven my soul. I’m a beginner yogi and I have always felt welcomed in every class I took here. Before you even enter you can start to feel a sense of calm and comfort. The instructors are amazing. If you let them know it’s your first time they will show you around tell you about the class and props available. Definitely recommend for yogis of all levels. They have a variety of classes and dates/times. They have mats available or you can bring your own. They have props (blocks, blankets, straps, etc). There’s a sauna and bathroom with a shower. They also offer massages. You can reserve a spot online, call, or walk in. They have different membership and drop in options. Military discount is also offered. Lots of parking. I start yoga as just another workout to try to better my physical health, but it has made an impact on physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. I started yoga because I’m getting older and my mobility was effecting everyday life. I was self conscious when I first started the practice, but the smiles the instructors had helped me move through this process. 5/5 for owner and instructors 5/5 for location, 5/5 for price, 5/5 for services offered. Ashtanga Remix
We “remix” the traditional series and sequences into a 60 minute format that both honors the rigorous and structured origins while offering modifications where appropriate.
Each class opens with sun salutations and the standing sequence. Next, your teacher will select postures from the primary and intermediate sequences before transitioning to the closing sequence.

The Flow
This is RFY’s signature sequence; a vigorous and repetitive flow that invites practitioners of all levels to develop and deepen their yoga practice.
Often described as a moving meditation, this dynamic vinyasa class is designed specifically to cultivate internal focus, improve strength and flexibility, and explore the essence of your being.

Calm your mind and experience full-body regeneration as you’re guided through a deeply meditative class with long, restorative stretches that invite you to completely melt onto your mat and props.
This class is feels amazing for anyone recovering from injuries, dealing with anxiety or depression, or needing some time for self-care.

Revive
The first half of this class will help you regain vitality through pranayama (breath work) and a vigorous vinyasa flow that builds strength, restores balance, and helps you explore your edges.
During the second half, we'll slow the pace and enter extended, passive poses that will calm your heart rate, release tension, and deepen your connection with your whole body.

By improving core stability, you will feel more grounded and present in your daily life. We’ll focus attention on our hips, psoas, and legs to build and strengthen our unique foundation, calm the sympathetic nervous system, and stabilize the back.

Let’s increase the heat and raise our vibrations via an energetic sequence with fluid transitions and vibrant music. Our aim is to have fun with our practice and SWEAT. IT. OUT.
All levels are welcome, but this is where experienced practitioners have the space to explore arm balances, inversions, binds, and other advanced postures (modifications offered, of course).
