Join Charlotte for an afternoon of grateful moments. We'll gather together to practice simple, yet powerful breathing and meditation techniques that can guide us back to feelings of love, joy, and abundance.
We will work with one of the Niyamas: Santosha which means "Contentment." When we practice Santosha, we can cultivate a sense of deep satisfaction and acceptance of the present moment, which helps reduce suffering. Expect to move a little, breathe, meditate, work with the 5 senses, 5 elements and loving affirmations, journal, and close with a short yoga nidra practice. All of the practices are done with the intention to help us remember and enhance our awareness of what we already have in our life so that we can return to what truly matters to us. The more we practice gratitude, the easier it is to stay in a state of truth, love, joy, and contentment.
